The Club was founded in 1948, and our membership consists of amateurs and radio enthusiasts from Carbon and the surrounding counties of Monroe and Schuylkill..

Our members have a wide range of interests, from ragchewing to DXing, contesting to foxhunting, QRP to PSK31, and we are active in ARES/RACES.

Meetings
The club holds monthly meetings at the Carbon County EMA 911 center in Nesquehoning, PA right off Route 93.  The business meeting is followed by interesting technical presentations and hands on workshops.

Meetings are the third Thursday of each month at 7:30 PM.  Join us a little earlier as a number of members usually have an informal get together before the meeting at Albies restaurant at routes 93 and 209.
