WB3W PA QSO Party Logging...
This PA QSO Logging application was originally written specifically with the visually impaired Amateur Radio operator in mind, but can be used by anyone interested in a basic, easy to use, logging program for the PA QSO party. It handles dupe checking, county/section verification, county line entry of mobiles/rovers, post contest entry, etc., and has all the necessary forms and logs to submit to the PA QSO Party committee.
All text
is about twice the normal size, and the main input fields are set to
use a 60 point font size. Additionally, any individual user can customize the appearance
of all input fields, by selecting their own color scheme for both
the background and the text. Another option allows for the use of
voice annunciation triggered upon entering each one of the the
input fields on the main screen.
The program can be run in a stand-alone single PC mode, or networked to other computers with no additional add-ons. It was built specifically with networking as a main component.
The PA QSO Logging program has full support for logging Mobile and Rover Stations, including the ability to enter up to four counties for a mobile or rover sitting on the county line.
